Asparagus Casserole
A quick and easy casserole combining tender asparagus, English peas, and water chestnuts in a creamy mushroom sauce, topped with melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 can Asparagus, drained
- 1 can English peas, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- Shredded cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Layer ingredients in order listed:
- Asparagus
- English peas
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Water chestnuts
- Top with shredded cheese
- Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted
Note: This dish can also be prepared in the microwave until the cheese is melted for a quicker cooking option.
